SECTION CF - COLOURED FLEECE

ENTRY FEE:                        Free, No Prizemoney

ENTRY SUBMISSION:        2pm - 4.00 pm Thursday 14 March 2024 – deliver directly to under the                                                      Grandstand along with your entry form. Entry forms can be downloaded from                                              the website.

ENTRY COLLECTION:        Entries can be collected between 9am and 11am on Sunday 17 March 2024.

 

Special Regulations:

1. Fleece to be of not more than 380 days growth and skirted.

2. Fleece to be entered in one class only.

3. No responsibility will be taken for any sheets, wool packs or plastic bags which must all be clearly marked. No boxes allowed.

4. Uncollected fleeces will be sold with the money being donated to the Yass Show Society.

 

CLASSES

Merino:

1. Ultra/Super fine ram fleece

2. Ultra/Super fine ewe or wether fleece

3. Fine/Medium ram fleece

4. Fine/Medium ewe or wether fleece

5. Lambs fleece less than 50ml length showing lamb tip

6. Hogget fleece more than 50ml length showing lamb tip

 

Corriedale:

1. Ram fleece

2. Ewe or wether fleece

3. Lambs fleece less than 50ml length showing lamb tip

4. Hogget fleece more than 50ml length showing lamb tip

 

Comeback/Crossbred:

1. Fine fleece

2. Medium fleece

3. Lambs fleece less than 50ml length showing lamb tip

4. Hogget fleece more than 50ml length showing lamb tip

 

Leicester:

1. Ram fleece

2. Ewe or wether fleece

3. Lambs fleece less than 50ml length showing lamb tip

4. Hogget fleece more than 50ml length showing lamb tip
